Offering the latest and greatest insulation materials is only half the
battle. After all, any product performs only as well as it's installed.
That's why in 1996 (that must've been our year), West Chester Insulation became the first insulation contractor certified in a national program developed by CertainTeed and NAHB Research Center. This program involves the certification of insulation contractors only after they've established a recognized quality system.
For our certification, we created a quality system, formed company-wide
quality procedures and set up a quality training and assurance program
for our installers. Then, the NAHB Research Center conducted an internal
audit at our office and at several of our job sites. After we passed,
we received our very own certification. And
we have to maintain our high standards, because the NAHB conducts semi-annual
announced office and job site audits - ensuring quality performance on
every job we undertake.
